Undeniably attractive, tasteful inside and out, and sitting in the dramatic area of the Florentine countryside, with an inviting swimming pool, it is a wonderfully private and rural retreat for the lovers of beauty and comfort. Villa Matilda is situated in the heart of Tuscany at southeast of Florence (reachable in a half a hour driving and 25 minutes by train) among the most beautiful areas like Chianti Classico, Val d’Ambra, Casentino National Park, Chianti Rufina and Valdarno. Siena and Arezzo too are within easy reach either by the scenic country route or the Autostrada del Sole. The villa is extremely spacious, and further enhanced by an entirely fenced private garden (740 sqm) with tended lawns, several plants, comfortable private pool, sauna, a terrace with lounge area and two gazebos. Once inside the stylish airy rooms with antiques and elegant furniture, Tuscan ceiling and tiles are classy and grandiose. It is a great holiday for large families or groups of friends who want to live in deluxe and peaceful atmosphere with only the sounds of nature to disturb the tranquillity. A stay at Villa Marilda provides completely unique experience. Pool is open from 15 April until 31 of October. Cooking class, wine tasting, private chef and mountain bikes are available on request: Extra costs are payable at location: Electricity include up to 250 kwh – Final cleaning 400,00 euro.
