First time Staying With Bear but definitely not the last. Perfectly & centrally located-most importantly, very safe area, incredibly spacious with indoor washer, dryer, & jacuzzi, and communication with host was extremely prompt & professional. An easy 10/10 stay & experience-Book With Bear!

We really enjoyed our stay in unit 6. It was the perfect cozy space. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. We arrived before check in time and were able to drop off our luggage early by contacting the property. We did have to take cold showers and had a power outage due to high winds in the area, but it was still an amazing experience. It was walking distance to the popular areas in San Juan and I would definitely return.

This is a no flush property which wasn’t a problem for us however the AC kept leaking on the floor and the tv turns on but in the of watching it it freezes and moves slow we finally said forget it and used our phones but overall very clean and was good enough for the purpose of our stay

The place was clean, beautiful. Centrally-located, near beaches, restaurants and close to Old San Juan. Must stay there! Look no further…

I really enjoyed how secure this property felt! From the gated parking lot, to the secure apartment, I felt safe as a female traveler! The price for staying here was very reasonable, and I would come again :)
