Reviewer Comments:
The hall into the unit had no A/C. Staff at the desk was indifferent. Unit bathroom antiquated and the towel rack fell off the wall. A/C in the unit worked ok. No filters for the coffee maker. No pods for the Kuerig. Towels varied in thickness. Windows were very dirty.

Great property. Everything we needed was there. Obviously a looked after and well kept property. Bathroom was fine but shower/tub is a little dated. Would stay again and recommend to anyome

The property had challenges with supplies and the lobby not willingly to replenish any. For 4 adults for 5 nights shortage on soap shampoo and paper towels and toliet paper we had to shop supplies and drive to Durango. Please bring you supplies. Also the the heater run or did not run on auto so it got reallly hot or really cold depending on how they worked. Lucky we had in room laundry as the community laundry machines didn’t work so people had to use multiple floors to do laundry which needs to be noted the WIFI isn’t protected so you are on a non secure WiFi if you need to work and have secure WiFi warning to you. That wasn’t communicated upfront.
