Overall everything was good

Nice home with ample amenities for a family. Communication needs better clarification between VRBO and management company. Process is confusing. Two nice neighborhood pools, could use a playground. Not a usuable back yard for kids. Lovely back deck under the many trees but constantly needs sweeping. Neighborhood is good location to town and beach. Short drives. If ordering carry out for family, Culvers does a nice group order.

Overall it was a great house for a get together for a family of 10. North beach was about a 5 minute drive and we preferred that over the 30 foot Newcome public beach in walking distance. The newer pool and hot tub area was nice, especially if not many people were there. The only negatives were we had an ant issue in the main floor bedroom by the side of the bed near the bathroom when we arrived and had to vaccum. The lock to the front door was entering numbers twice but worked better after using it about 5 times (also, didn't have to wand over the lock as per the instructions; press the button on top instead). Also, the bush in the front pathway needs to be trimmed because it was blocking the pathway and we would run into it. The complex area had many similar bushes too close to covering stop signs up in the area.

Lovely home! Well equipped and spacious kitchen. We enjoyed eating meals on the deck overlooking the woods. We would surely stay again!
