Breakfast was not included. The kitchen facilities were fantastic and very accommodation; also the little terrasse when entering the apartment. - It was also great for my two puppies. Street parking out front was easy to find and inexpensive.
The entrance stairwell up to the 1st floor is rather steep, and it was a bit challenging for me to carry my luggage up. the bathroom is within the apartment up another circular stairwell. - This could be perhaps challenging for people with mobility issues. It might be useful to indicate this in the ad. - for me it was perfectly fine.
