We had apartment 2, it was spacious and comfortable, check-in and out was uncomplicated and quick. There are a limited amount of parking spaces but we managed to find free parking close by for the extra car. A bakery and Europapark are in walking distance.
All rooms have fans, but it can get hot and humid, especially in the upper room. This room also didn't have shutters for the window, the other rooms were fine. Not too bad, but something to consider for those who are sensitive to light.
