Algun colchón no era muy cómodo y la ubicación, tienes que coger coche para moverte.

Inside, the accommodation was clean, including the bed linen and towels. The house was spacious, the kitchen was adequately equipped, and there were supermarkets nearby. The location was also a convenient base for exploring Porto by taxi.

Rooftop terrace was our biggest disappointment and one of the main reasons we booked this accommodation. This trip was a gift for our mother's 65th birthday. After exploring Porto, we had hoped to relax together on the terrace in the evenings. Unfortunately, the terrace looked nothing like the photos. The cushions were weathered and covered in bird droppings, while the wooden pallets were worn and full of splinters. We reported this to Vacationy, who said they had no replacement cushions and would try to send someone to clean the terrace, but could not guarantee it. Nobody came, and the terrace remained unusable throughout our stay. We were forced to spend our evenings indoors on a sagging sofa. 2 of the 4 beds were uncomfortably hard. 1 felt like sleeping on nails. In another bed, 2 mattresses were stacked on top of each other, causing the top one to slide out of place whenever I turned over. I repeatedly woke up because I was about to fall out of bed. Broken roller shutter let daylight into a bedroom. Shower drainage was another serious issue. After just 1 minute, water overflowed into the bathroom. We checked the drain ourselves, but the problem appeared to be deeper in the plumbing. There was also visible old water damage on the living room ceiling below. With 4 adults needing to shower, this was very inconvenient. Airconditioning was downstairs only, leaving bedrooms too warm to sleep comfortably. The dining chairs were very wobbly, and a coffee table and rug shown in the photos were missing. Customer service was disappointing. We repeatedly heard that issues would be passed on to the team, but nothing was resolved during our stay. Communication felt impersonal, and at one point we received a reply in Portuguese despite communicating in English. Overall, the positive aspects did not outweigh the disappointments.
