Location was top notch. Right smacked in the middle of the town, yet very peaceful and serene. Cleanliness and comfort exceeds our expectation, we felt like home and were blown away with the view. Appreciate that this is a Muslim-friendly house. We will come back again for sure! Highly recommend!!!

One of the room has no Aircon. It may be too hot during the day due to direct sunlight but the curtains and Aircon helps alot!

The property is exclusive, super clean and located in the middle of the town. The Host is very kind and responsive to my request. Definitely will come again.

Alhamdulillah. The apartment was very clean. It has that clean smell which greeted us when we opened the door when we first arrived. It felt very cozy, and we felt right at home although we were far away from Singapore. The kitchen is equipped with the cutlery and utensils, and the drawers were thoughtfully labelled. The apartment and rooms were spacious and what we really appreciate is that there is ample storage in all rooms. There are many hooks too, for us to be able to hang our shirt/jacket/etc. Every room, including the living room has a Kiblat sticker too, pointing in the direction of Kaaba, for us to be able to take reference very easily when performing solat. The toilets are clean too! One set of Dental Kit was provided in both toilets. From what we have seen and experienced, the apartment has been very thoughtfully furnished and maintained. The location of the apartment is immediately next to Four Points by Sheraton. In terms of shops and eateries, there are many options readily available within walking distance. The SKS Mall is just behind the apartment and there are many shops which includes convenience stores, supermarket, Roti Boy, an eatery offering Asian cuisine (including breakfast options), and even a wet market! If my 2 younger kids were bigger, we would have no issues travelling and roaming around the area even more. We will return to Desaru in future and Ancozy will definitely be one of our top choices! Alhamdulillah.

When we went to the swimming pool, we were told by the security officer that we were supposed to have our dry change of clothes together with us and that we must change into our dry set of clothes before going back to the apartment. I think that this regulation has to be made known and posters be put up so that homestay customers will not be taken aback by this rule. The rows of shophouses can be easily accessible by the gate at Block C but unfortunately, there is only one point of Entrance and Exit. So, it is a 5-minute fast walk from the Main Entrance to the shophouses. If you're with a stroller or a pram, it will add on to the walking distance and time taken.
