We liked the situation in a very French area away from the tourist spots with plenty of traditional boulangeries, lots of trees and a flat walk to the sea. The balcony looks out onto lovely trees and a park and in hot weather is not too sunny. The bed settee was comfortable and the bathroom roomy with a good shower. Plenty of room on the dining table. Pleasant decoration. Elena had explained how to get in and it was easy to ask questions through booking.com and she replied promptly
Only very minor things. Although the park and streets were noisy when the window was open it wasn’t a problem. It just added to the atmosphere of a working city and when the window was closed it couldn’t be heard. There could have been more working surface in the kitchen.

Nice apartment, well located, walking distance to Old Nice and main highlights. AC is very much appreciated in July.

Die Wohnungsgröße ist gut, es gibt einen Balkon, eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, es gibt Wlan, eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen; Küchenausstattung, alles sauber, das Bad ist groß, die Lage ist ziemlich gut, man kann schnell das Zentrum mit der Straßenbahn erreichen. Das Haus ist sauber, es gibt einen modernen Lift.
Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer ist nicht komfortabel, die Matratze gehört gegen eine bessere ausgetauscht, sowie die Größe des Betts ist auch zu schmal, die Bettwäsche muss man auch austauschen, eine Baumwollbettwäsche (von IKEA wäre voll ausreichend und viel angenehmer), die Polster sind auch unbequem! Die Müllcontainer sind unter dem Fenster, man riecht das, wenn das Fenster offen ist. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung fein und hat guten Preis-Lesitungsverhältnis.
