Villa Vera

The room was spacious and clean. Room service could be added for cleaning of the rooms after staying a couple of days.

Small things do matter like having hand soap and a tea tray for night caps.

Villa Vera was in a great location, it was very spacious & very clean, with comfortable bed & pillows. Great bathroom / shower & full length mirror

No tea / coffee making facilities - no soap / shampoo / conditioner or utensils etc no big bath towels

It was very convenient to be near a family wedding I was attending. Had parking which was importante for me. Room was very clean and spacious.

The owner was somewhat brusque with me when there was a slight problem with a change on my check in albeit I arrived still within the time they requested. As soon as I arrived however his demeanour changed and he was most courteous. Perhaps I caught him on a bad day. My accommodation was also supposed to have breakfast included but that did not happen. They also could do with a lift in the property but understand this was not permitted when they refurbished the property. Overall however the hotel was convenient and suited my needs and I shall recommend to my family.

Excellent host - v communicative, helpful, handled all my questions with ease and booked a taxi without asking. The room was brand new.

Being picky: Shower tray flooded, no tea/coffee in the room, some very lumpy pillows. Importantly: this is adjacent to the main road in Salerno so as a light sleeper I got sub 3 hours sleep due to the 24/7 traffic but my boyfriend was fine!
