Walking distance to the shops and places of interest, Good Shepherd Church, Lake Tekapo, #4 grocery, Observatory. Beds are comfortable, kitchen complete with utensils and pots and pans, amazing view because of all around windows. Highly presentable accommodation.

The steps. Bringing up and taking down the luggages.

The big window of the view

The heater of the bathroom doesn’t work !

The house is bigger than I expect, and the host also keep every information online, it's really easier to catchup the info. Close to the Tekapo lake, easily to walk along with the lake, highly recommendation.

Just a bit confused when we checkin, take a bit to find the house entrance.

I liked the facilities that it was very tidy and really nice facilities and the rooms were really nice and there was lots of space and it was good value for money .

It felt hard to communicate with the people although the chat messages were quite good but the responses were delayed while travelling because of signal etc which is not the staff’s fault but just made it a bit more chunky to find out exactly where to go in detail details. Would’ve been great to have a cell phone number to contact on. Was stressful to find it as it was unclear whether the actual unit was or whether we were in the right place and there was no office that was upon the entering area where you drive in so was quite stressful to find the correct apartment. Also the hob was difficult to turn on and manage and it seemed like only one of the elements was actually working. The TV was also in Chinese and was unclear on how to get off this function so children could not watch TV. How to operate the spa was a little bit unclear as well and I ended up having to unplug it as I couldn’t find instructions on how to turn it off and what seemed logical wasn’t working. So the facilities were great but there were limited instructions and it was stressful and hard to find on arrival especially as we arrived at night
