I liked the support of the call center staff. They were always courteous, helpful, and understanding.
I didn't like that my family couldn't use the pool because there was a defect at the bottom, which caused them to scrape and hurt their feet. Additionally, the living room furniture had trash stuck between the cushions, and there were no lights over the pool, making night swims difficult. Also, there was no mop in the home to wipe off spills and clean the floor. On top of that, the handle on the refrigerator door kept falling off, which I reported to maintenance.
