Samantha and Fidel are amazing hosts, super attentive, right from the beginning. The cottage is very charming, extremely clean, with brand new appliances. Beds are comfortable, the living room is cozy and you want to come back here to relax.

Perfect size. I appreciate all the shampoos conditioners and body wash available. Lots of fans and AC to keep it comfortable. Nice to have access to a washer and dryer. Nice and quiet.

I just had to be careful on the spiral staircase when I had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

The place was adorable! So much better than a hotel room. The 4 of us had room to move around and having a full kitchen and washer/dryer were great! It was more than I could've hoped for. It made being in Massachusetts for my son's graduation even more special. I would most definitely stay there again.

It's not that there was anything we didn't like. But we do have a few suggestions: 1. The tub was a little slippery so maybe get those stickers to help prevent that. 2. You had a mat inside the door for shoes but a rug of some sort would cut down in the mess before shoes were removed. Have you ever heard of 'Muddy Mats'? 3. The variety of ways to make coffee/tea were good but maybe keep some sugar packets on hand. I understand why you wouldn't deal with creamer. 4. And lastly, maybe have some written (laminated) instructions around so your renters don't have to search around for things like extra towels and blankets.
