I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and apartments, and this was by far the WORST experience for me.

Nothing

The worst stay experience I’ve had. The property requires a minimum two-night booking, and honestly, after seeing the condition of the apartment, it became clear why. No one would willingly stay a second night after arriving there. I’ve stayed in cheap and even dirty places before without complaining, because at least the bed was clean. But in this case, even the bed was not properly cleaned, with visible hairs still on it. Despite this, the host kept insisting the apartment had been “inspected before arrival” instead of accepting that the inspection clearly was not thorough enough. The advertised free WiFi did not work at all, so be prepared to use your own mobile data. There was also no toilet paper provided and only one towel for two guests. Because of the hygiene issues, especially the condition of the bed, we decided to leave and book another place immediately. When I informed the host that we would not stay for the second night and requested a refund, he gave us checkout instructions without mentioning any issue. However, after we checked out and left the property, he refused to refund the unused night. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about basic cleanliness and hygiene standards.
