We liked its cleanliness, sufficient hot shower water n pressure as well as comfortable beds. Aircons and toilet/bathroom fixtures were relatively new. Host responded quickly to our requests.

Apartment could do with more chairs (currently only 4), supply of tea/coffee and cups.

The air-cons in all the rooms where great as where the toilets.

Very spacious apartment in Osaka, which my family of four appreciated a lot after coming from a much smaller apartment in Tokyo. The rooms are large and clean, beds are big and comfortable, the bathroom is well equipped with everything necessary and we had enough space for luggage. The building is located close enough to two subway stations, which is very convenient. Lots of stores nearby, including a grocery store, which is not that common otherwise. The washing machine and clothes drying rack were extremely helpful. Our host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, although we never met in person. Friendly attitude and quick responses to our inquiries.

A wardrobe is completely missing from the apartment. Luckily, we could use one of the beds as an improvised wardrobe, but if all beds are used, handling clothing for several people could be a challenge. It's a pity, especially since there is enough space for one in the living room area. Since we spent 6 nights there, we would have appreciated a cleaning service mid-stay or at least a vacuum cleaner, which was also missing from the apartment.

Great location! Very close to everything

Nowhere to sit comfortably to watch the tv. Only 3 chairs at the table
