It is a nice hotel located in city center. Even though most of the staff do not speak English, they still do the best to help (we can use online translator for communication). I reserved my stay with breakfast which was delicious.

Location is great: there are plenty of stores and restaurants around this area. The Yellow River can be reached by a 30 minute walk.
