KS Residence Patong

Good location, situated just next to a 7/11 and muslim neighbourhood so if you’re muslim it’s really easy to get halal food nearby.

Could be more clean and modern, the sofa was really old and in a bad shape. Water was leaking from the shower

Walking distance to the beach and to Bangla road, 700m-1km, right in front of 7/11 and super cheap , ground floor big room is perfect for bunch friends looking for a good big room

Mir hat alles gut gefallen🙂

The location is good, and it is convenient to get to the beach. The staff is friendly. The room is spacious enough, and there is an elevator. There is a kettle in the room and a microwave at the reception. There is a recreation area on the first floor.

The bed bugs ruined the whole experience of the hotel .😭 Replacement and cleaning of the room - due to the bed bugs, we asked to clean the room ourselves . However, the room was not cleaned . The window in the room was unstable, and the window frame banged loudly in the wind at night .
