Everything about this hotel was amazing! The staff went above and beyond for us, they were all so lovely. Pool was gorgeous and kept so clean. Room was amazing, very spacious clean and great facilities. Location was great, only 15 min walk (flat & very walkable) to the town and surrounded by lovely routes for cycling. We rented bikes for 50k VND and I would highly recommend cycling around the area if you can

We stayed just one night but we would have loved longer!! The hotel is immaculate, staff super friendly. We rented bikes for half the day and cycled around the beautiful surroundings. We hung about after check out waiting on our overnight bus and the staff were so kind gifting us water and snacks. A true gem!

The place is lovely, I really enjoyed the location as it is perfect to go to the centre of tam coc.
So many ants in the room. Even though they came to spray the room with Raid, they were still around. Due to this, we got free use of the bikes, but still, I was quite sad that the ants were all over our belongings.
The cleaning should improve so much but as other people said in the comments, it sees something that needs to improve in the whole of Vietnam.
