Perfect 4 night stay for us to explore Rome. Monti was a great neighborhood that was very walkable to most sites in Rome and good food/drinks. The only places we had to use transportation was for the Vatican and Trastevere. Two bedrooms, kitchen with fridge and stove, washing machine on balcony. The second bedroom has a twin bed which was a bit small for a full grown man but doable. Very clean and comfortable all around. We were allowed to check in early and had someone meet us out front to show us around and answer any questions. On the third floor but there was a small lift if needed. The water pressure and hot water was wonderful. No issues having three people shower back to back with either. We couldn’t have asked for a better set up for our group. The apartment above does start construction about 9am daily, this didn’t effect us at all since we were up by then preparing for site seeing but could see it being inconvenient for others.

Super zentrale Lage. Tolles Wohnung.

good location, quiet building, kitchen with everything you need for breakfast or even more but we weren't interested in cooking, the perfect place to sit and tell stories after a tiring day. You have to be careful about the time you arrive, they were punctual about handing over the keys.

The second bedroom needs some modifications, it's basically a former office with a bed for a single teenager But, as you can see from the pictures, the owner presented it correctly! It's an apartment for 3 people, with two children for example, you have no business there.
