The location was fantastic, and collecting the keys near the train station was easy and convenient. Being transported to the apartment was a great touch. We appreciated the privacy and independence of the stay, and everything was straightforward, so we didn’t need any further assistance.
For a family of five, having only one bathroom was a little challenging, and we would have preferred a larger bed. The three double beds and fold-out sofa provided plenty of sleeping options, but a little more space and comfort would have made the stay even better.

Checking in at the reception was very smooth. Despite it being busy, it was very organised. The transfer to our room was a bonus. Location of the apartment was fantastic, in the heart of Kyoto.
Room was very compact. Considering there were only 3 of us (including my 10 year old), it was definitely pretty cramped. I think the lack of natural light also contributed to this.
