L’emplacement , le personnel réactif très bien agencé
Le store est resté bloqué durant tout le séjour et on nous avait dit qu’il y aurait une piscine mais elle était en rénovation

Everything was great! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
I have not received my security deposit back yet, but I am still within the stated 7–14 working day period. Once the deposit is refunded, I can confidently say that the whole experience was completely trustworthy and excellent.

The location is perfect if you want to be close to the Dubai Mall the Burj, restaurants etc, there is also a small shop next door. Highly recommended if downtown is your choice, you can walk to everything. The place was clean and everything we needed was there.

location, reasonable condition of the apartment
the agent service and extremely poor communication and delivering what was promised that they will do when we requested for anything.
