Bardzo blisko do centrum

Central place, good value, nice balcony with view of Milan

// Evin balkonunun duvarı çatlamış ve aşağısı gözüküyor aralıktan acilen ona çözüm bulunmalı çökebilir her an. //Masanın üstündeki yeşil örtü kirli bi şekildeydi.//

The location was great as was the view from the balcony. Andrea made contact the day before arrival with instructions on how to access the flat which was very helpful given there were a few steps involved in retrieving the keys as the key lock was located outside , on a window grill on a different street from the apartment . The bedroom was a good size. The air conditioning was good.

The flat is on floor 13. The lift felt precarious initially but was fine however there is no fire exit visible on the 13th floor i.e. the only visible exit is via the lift. There were no instructions provided about what to do in the event of a fire. This felt very unnerving. The hall area outside the flat was stacked with boxes and was not clean. The flat was filled with non essential items for a city break. As a result it was very difficult to find items such as crockery, dish cloths etc. There was a sign on the wardrobe saying "do not touch*. There was a makeshift place to hang clothes which was inadequate for three travellers . The shower head needs attention and wasn't a great shower. The balcony was dirty with one chair which looked like it needed a clean. The flat generally looked tired and needed some attention. It felt crowded with all the furniture and accessories to feel comfortable for three adult travellers especially the sofa bed was down in the living room. This apartment is definitely not a "9" and certainly not "exceptional" as stated on Booking.com. This was disappointing. We did however very much enjoy Milan as a city.
