There is a ramp (leading past the golf cart) that may be used to avoid the 4 steps, but you will walk through large gravel in the yard - There is 1 interior step required to reach the primary bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry room. Inside the main entry, there is a cellar door covered by a rug that may cause guests to feel a slight give in the flooring, which is normal for the house - A waiver is required prior to using the golf cart - Please note that the full bathroom can only be accessed through bedroom 1 - Your safety matters.
