Beautiful London Kew houseboat in a great location with stunning Thames views

Partendo da questa casa galleggiante a Brentford potrai raggiungere rapidamente i principali centri d'attrazione della città. Un parcheggio è pronto ad accogliere il tuo mezzo. Sgranchisci le gambe dopo il viaggio e percorri 1 minuti a piedi fino a River Thames o 9 minuti a piedi fino a Giardini Botanici Reali di Kew. Con una passeggiata di 5 minuti potrai raggiungere Stazione di Kew Bridge: un ottimo punto di partenza per prendere un treno e partire alla scoperta dei dintorni.

Al rientro da un lungo giro dei dintorni, riprendi fiato nel giardino o sulla terrazza privata. E non perderti l'arredamento da esterni. Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi e altri comfort per qualche ora di relax casalingo.

We had a very pleasant time on Leonora’s houseboat. The boat is located outside the city center but is very well connected by various bus lines. There are also supermarkets, cafés, and great pubs nearby. The accommodation is very well equipped and designed with great attention to detail. The view of the Thames through the large glass frontage is a real highlight! Anyone wishing to visit Kew Gardens or West London will find this an ideal place to stay. Information and communication were flawless.

We had such a magical time on Leonora and Nicola’s boat. It was a wonderful setting, and great to enjoy the rhythms of the tide and watch the birds doing their thing. Even saw a fox on one occasion. The boat itself is really comfortable, beautifully renovated. We are used to complete quietness at home, but despite all the creaks and gurgles of the boat and outside city noises it was incredibly peaceful. Just what is needed after walking around busy London. Getting into the city was a breeze, with buses and tubes easy to navigate. We would definitely recommend getting the boat from Kew pier, that was such an interesting way to see West London. Also in terms of walks and pubs, head east, under the bridge to Strand on the Green. The sunset in the evening from the third pub down was magnificent. One tip for Leonora and Nicola is to take a photo of the outside seating up top, it was really comfy and great to have. Thanks to them both for their hospitality, they are lovely hosts.
