Coppice House was everything we needed for a group of 10 in the Cotswolds.
Loads of character, lovely garden areas and a large communal kitchen & dining areas. Good bathrooms & plenty of toilets.
Messaging contact with the Owner was polite & efficient.
Bredon Hill is nearby is worth a walk up, then down to The Star in Ashton Underhill for refreshments.

Just a few little things which would have made it 5 rating for everything.
The garden parasol was broken and unusable.
There were no locks on some of the bathroom doors,(just a simple hook type lock would be fine)
Broken sink in the kitchen with a dirty washing up bowl
The fridge needed to be defrosted so that the bottom shelf could be lifted out and cleaned.
We loved the house and the location and had a lovely stay and the above comments are just small things which we thought you should know about.

We visited for 3 nights with a group of 10.The house was fantastic had great character,with old floorboards and doors.Beds were very comfortable.location was great with some lovely walks available,also a nice local country pub. a very enjoyable stay and good value for money.

Great house and garden, lots of character, large well equipped kitchen where we cooked roast for 8 of us.
Local pub was excellent with good food and drink selection.
Garden not quite dog proof so couldn’t let her run free, but reclining chairs and large wooden table and benches meant we could sit out and enjoy the sun.
