Communication with the host was great 👍.
Very comfortable mattress. 😴
There is an oven, microwave, fridge, induction stove. 🍽️
Smart TV. 📺
Pankrác metro is very close. 🚇
There is parallel parking for cars right outside of the appartment, which cost 30kč/h and is free on weekends. 🅿️
WC is very small. 🚽
There is 6 lanes of road just outside the window(photo) and it's very noisy with the window open, which you will have open, since there's no ac. 🔇
There was no salt left in the kitchen. 🧂

This is a great studio apartment for a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable, and the location is excellent, being close to the city center and just a short walk from the subway station. I also enjoyed the nearby park and appreciated the convenience of having several stores and restaurants in the immediate area.
The apartment lacked air conditioning, which made it quite warm during the day. Although a fan was provided, I preferred keeping the windows open for ventilation; however, this allowed significant noise from the busy street outside to enter the room.

Well equipped property with laundry machine and all you can drink expreso coffee. Everything worked well. Good communication with owner.
A bit far from downtown but still very accesible thru public transport. Does not have AC and when you open window got quite a bit of noise from busy street. Overall it was manageable in May.

The location was really good, a lot of amenities close by.
It is cosy and has all the basics needed.
When we arrived the apartment was dirty (the floor was really , the sink).
Also the host was not very communicative, I had to be the one asking how the check-in would work and all.
