is a place with easy access to anywhere

The hotel is located near the station, a 20-minute walk, in a quiet area. During our stay, there were no extra noises or sounds that could disturb our sleep.The room was clean and smelled good. Comfortable mattress, clean washed linens, and towels. Since it's summer now, the host turned on the AC at night to cool down the apartment. My friend and I booked a room for two nights. For one of those nights, a young guy stayed next door, and we shared a bathroom with him. But there were no problems or lines for the bathroom at all. The bathroom was also clean, tidy, and smelled nice. The host was friendly and kind enough to let us check in before the 'allowed' time. He explained how to get to island Venice and how to pay for the fare. The hotel is a minute away from a public transport stop, with direct buses to Venice passing through. Everything was super, we are very satisfied with our stay at Casa Molise! Thank you very much!

O quarto e banheiro (compartilhado com outro quarto) é bem novo. O anfitrião é cordial e prestativo. A localização é razoável: tem uma padaria e uma parada de ônibus bem próximas, com ônibus frequentes.

Mas os ônibus para a ilha de Firenze saem sempre lotados, sem assentos disponíveis, e a viagem dura uns 25 minutos. Não tem mercado próximo. O que poderia melhorar na casa é: ter uma lixeira no banheiro, ter uma mesa para colocar a mala no quarto, consertar a descarga do vaso sanitário.

- The host is writing there is air con (central without option to control in your room) that is true but HE TURN IT ON JUST FOR 1 HOUR MAXIMUM 2 after 9 pm AND IT'S NOT ENOUGH. You can't breathe at all, I was feeling like a dog closed in the car during summer, there was absolutely not any oxygen I couldn't sleep there at all and I never ever complained about this anywhere in my life. (Visited in August 34°day 25° night) You can't open the window because there are tons of mosquitoes, we did it once and had 3 mosquitoes in the room even though there is a net. You can't open your door because if someone passes the corridor automatic lights turn on or better say REFLECTOR turn on and it wakes you up, it feels like 1000 W - there are multiple people in the flat. There is not even a fan or anything to make it better, it's just pure dissatisfaction to stay in this accommodation.
