The hotel is within walking distance of the Metro station, although walking there with luggage can be difficult as the street is very busy. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The buffet breakfast is good with variety of options.
Most historical places can be easily accessed by Metro or taxi, generally within 30 minutes. Since the hotel is new, the facilities and furniture are also modern and well maintained. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay.

The breakfast was good and had lot of varieties. Room was also well spacious. Our overall stay and experience with The Viking was very good. This was our 2nd time staying in this hotel. Lastly The General Manager of this hotel Mr. Krishna and the whole staff was very polite and professionally well gestured with us.

The hotel was basic with no windows in the room - good for those on a budget - in old Delhi which is a bit crazy but you get the true feel of India. It was clean enough.
Location was on a super busy road in the old part of Delhi and charged a lot for a bottle of beer which they got from outside - would recommend buying your own from one of the nearby shops. Breakfast was basic
