It seems like they renovated the bathroom pretty recently. It was fresh, clean and the shower + water pressure was very good. We did have cold water in the morning.
Enough utilities in the kitchen to use as well.
The thin walls. The house next door had 2 dogs who were howling very early in the morning, and also the person next door was on a phone call, which we could hear every word of.
It's a former house split into apartments, but it could be nice to know before booking the place.
