It was very clean, we had all we needed and Luca was friendly and helpful. The apartment is quite close to the Colosseum, 20 minutes on foot or 4 stations by bus. It is well connected with the main tourist sites, having buses nearby. I truly recommend it!

Liked the location since it was close to metro station. Studio apartment was clean and the terrace was nice to relax outside.

We were traveling with our son and expected to put him on the sofa bed. Unfortunately, the bed in the primary bedroom is only a single/twin so we had to sleep on the sofa bed. The mattress on the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and you could feel the bars underneath. Any movement made a squeaky sound. After hours walking around Rome, it would’ve been nice to have a comfortable bed and good nights sleep, but we did not! Luca was good at communicating initially. He sent restaurant recommendations the 2nd night we were there at 7pm so we didn’t have the chance to use them. I think he just sent them to remind us to leave the $36 City tax in cash when we left. I asked if it was a possible to get an extra hour in check out time and he never responded. If you are traveling alone, I would recommend. But not if you need the sofa bed to sleep!
