Clean and neat hotel room

It was a decent stay near tuljabhavni temple it's not that from the place..it's little inside from the main road and needs a bigger board to display.. the owner was kind enough to let us check in early in the morning and didn't charge extra.
The only problem I faced is there is no room service as it's more like a homestay..as the owner stays down stairs.. but one recommendation would be if they can put an electric kattle and ready made tea sachets like hotels.. it would be wonderful..even if there's no room service..

Size of the room, facilities in the room, cleanliness of the room and toilets are fantastic. The host Mr Aniket is very much caring and an affable person.
The property lacks a lift/elevator. Elderly people may find it difficult to reach 2nd floor where the rooms are located. Approach to the property is very narrow and hence the vehicles have to be parked in the main road itself
