The property itself is great - although the furnishings in the kitchen are a bit dated, the rest has a nice vintage feel and a fabulous view of the bay from the living room and one of the bedrooms. It is located conveniently for both parking and also access on foot to the old town (15-20 mins walk). There is one bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet, which is OK for four people, although a bit borderline. There are a lot of air conditioners which cover the space and a lot of additional amenities (ironing board, cutlery and dishes, etc.) The hosts left water and snacks as a welcome compliment, which was appreciated.

The boiler has to be turned on periodically for the apartment to have hot water - a bit inconvenient after a whole day outside when 4 people are desperate for a shower. However, that was the lesser evil. The worse part was that the hosts were less than accommodating of our sleep needs. We visited as a couple with a 4-year-old child and an elderly parent. The elderly parent needed a bedroom of her own, but for us remaining three people it would have been inconvenient to share a bed in the second bedroom. We asked the hosts in advance if they can provide a crib for the child to sleep in and they refused. Upon arrival, we asked if they can provide bedsheets for the living room sofa, but they said the sofa is not for sleeping and refused the sheets. As a result, we had to purchase sheets and an additional mattress of our own accord for the duration of our stay. They even said after the sofa refusal that we can find another property for a refund - as if it is possible at all for me to start finding a suitable place for immediate check in after we have already arrived, with a sick elderly relative and a small child. This was less than accommodating and was highly unreasonable on their part. I would recommend the hosts reconsider their approach to sleeping arrangements and general attitude urgently, to ensure visitors have a decent experience.

Great spacious apartment with a stunning view. Spotlessly clean. Location was ideal, very convenient for city centre and beaches.

Great apartment, clean and spacious and very comfortable for our week stay in Corfu. Corfu town is about a 15 minute walk away, we hired a car for a few days to explore the island. The apartment is on the top floor (as described) so the view of Garitsa Bay is stunning. The staff are friendly and helpful, we were met at the apartment when we arrived, transfers were arranged for us both ways and our luggage was collected and stored on our last day. Snacks and drinks were provided at the apartment for our arrival which was much appreciated. Overall a lovely stay and we would definitely return.
