The location, the convenience of having a kitchen

Good location
It needs a make over, it’s a very run down version of the pictures shown. The sink was clogged, smelled mildewy, found different bugs in the place, the walls were dirty. The toilet tissue holder had globs of Vaseline on it. 🤮 parking spot was being used by the maintenance people to put their junk and the garbage gate was in the way.
