The owner was accessible, our place was in the best location for our time in Helen! Right across the street from Hofers which has the best German breakfast ever! Everything was in walking distance, We did not use our car the 2 days we were there. Very clean Certainly as advertised! I hope to stay there again!
If we could have stayed longer!!!

Location was great as it was super easy to walk from our room straight to downtown restaurants and bars. Parked the car and walked everywhere the rest of the time we stayed.
This room is underneath another bigger unit so depending on who is renting/staying above you might have some noise.
