Relax House Apartments

An ideal location right in the center. It was very convenient that everything was within easy walking distance. However, be prepared for the city nightlife right outside the windows.

The kitchen equipment was slightly lacking. However, overall, everything was good.

Foarte curat și bine poziționat

Located right in the heart of Craiova, it literally takes you 1 minute to be at the closest pub.

The location of the apartment was perfect, and everything inside was okay. The AC worked alright, the kitchen was equipped, there was hot water, and the bed was comfortable.

Absolutely terrible communication with the host that had me super stressed - we were already in the country and didn't have a clue how to enter the apartment. I wrote at least 10 messages with no reply, and I had to get the customer help line involved since it was almost time for check-in. In the end, I received a short message with just a random code and no indication of how to find the locker, and you can guess the rest. I didn't receive any instructions for checkout either, just a message to rate the apartment on booking, which is absolutely unacceptable since they didn't provide any service of quality. Im glad there were no emergencies since I doubt they would have responded in any case. The apartment is a little run down and doesn't exactly match the pictures. There is a restaurant next to the building and it gets really loud for almost the whole night when there are events. I really don't recommend this place if you're an organised person and need punctuality (like almost every person that travels abroad).
