Honestly, one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. The employees are also all so friendly. Underground parking is very conveniently close to the elevator. The area has many shops and restaurants as well. If I come back to Oman, I will not hesitate to book here
Breakfast should have some Omani local food as well.

The staffs were super friendly and cooperative. They went beyond their duties even.
The hotel does not meet the standard of a 4 star hotel. The interior spaces of the room are too basic ( no wardrobe or proper rack and hanger). No lotions and hair dryer are available in the rooms. Robes are provided upon request only. The breakfast is far from a 4 star hotel- very basic options in quantities or amounts that are not generous.
