Though location is in very busy area but for business or tourist purpose its best .its very much near Howrah station .The staffs are very helpful ,polite and supportive .They guide you for reaching any location with metro ,taxi or bus specially if you are tourist .The locality around appears very general and crowded . but the hotel is in good apartment .The terrace access can show Howrah bridge n adjacent area which is very good to watch .
there should be some emergency arrangement for take away vegetarian food dinner or breakfast

Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Overall, it was an excellent accommodation experience.

Park street is close to the hotel location. The stall outside the hotel serves good idli, dosa and medu vada.
Room size was way too small and the window opened to an old broken building's toilet area.
The hotel was also in a small lane with a dead end, so no other vehicle would have come from there and parking would not have been an issue at all, but still the staff kept asking to remove the taxi which was there waiting for us since just an hour, else they would charge parking fees.
