The property is new n comfortable
It's location... far off from Udupi n very difficult to get taxis... we were stuck in this remote village as no Uber or other apps worked for the location n no local taxi options were available. If you have your own vehicle than the location should not bother you

This is a luxury property in a very peaceful area, surrounded by birds and trees. The interior is very quality and the beds super comfortable. Everything is high spec and new, it really is a lovely place to be. Highly recommended.
