Very comfortable, clean and the location is great.
The door to the building was very hard to open due to swelling. Needed two of us to pull it open. Tea towels and a sharp knife in the kitchen would be good.

The directions for check-in were clear, location was very central to everywhere we needed to go, and the apartment had plenty of room. Also appreciated the kitchen with all the appliances.
There was fairly significant damage to the couch, the front door had a hole in the inside, there were stains on multiple rugs and there were no toiletries (no shampoo/conditioner/body wash). The images for this listing made the property seem very high-end but it did not live up to expectations.

Very clear instructions and incredibly friendly and helpful host.

The location was great. Loads of shops and restaurants, and the castle was close by. At my request, due to allergies, they washed all linen in non-fragranced detergent, which was a big help.
Besides the many cleanliness issues (lots of mould in the shower) and very poor construction in the kitchen, comfort was awful (the bed was small, the sofa was hard), and the street noise from over 9 ambulances and 5 fire trucks a day was, in the end, comical. The rest is all personal preferences, which would be unfair to mention.

"The location close to Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Mile, , art deco decore, large rooms, clean facilities."
