We loved how clean the property was and the location was just fine. The cleaner was very helpful - she helped connect us with a local tricycle driver, Tan Tan, and helped us locate Bacau Bay Hotel as a pool spot for the day! The Dayo Cafe is just down the road, and has the best soufflé pancakes, and was a good place to be dropped off to so that drivers didn’t know exactly where we are staying. The large black gate at the front helped us feel safer here too.
This property is a share house, in which you book one room and ensuite. As three female travellers, we found it a little scary when people were coming in and out at all hours of the night as we couldn’t discern whether it was other guests moving around or intruders. It would be helpful to know how many rooms and occupied and if late check ins are expected to help manage our anxiety. The shower also didn’t work very well, so it was tricky for all three of us to receive a hot shower each day. They also don’t service the rooms each day so we ran out of toilet paper fairly quickly.

L’immeuble est moderne, fonctionnel.

Super spacious beautiful rooms with absolutely amazing views of Coron, especially sunsets.
Main thing that could actually be improved was all of the doors getting little felt pads so they closed quietly, especially the front door which has a tendency to slam shut constantly from air pressure. Also, not really in their control, the road in front of the house gets pretty constant noise from mopeds and trikes, so if you're a light sleeper, it would be a problem. I slept fine though with earplugs and AC blowing.

Good location, clean, not bad value for money, but not perfect. Gave us early check-in
Room was on a lower level, no view. It is clean but very basic. House is not finished or polished, you can see epmty sockets. Had trouble finding hot water. No electrical sockets near the bed
