La struttura era davvero molto vicina al centro e ai miei punti di interesse, in una zona tranquilla ma piena di localini molto carini

La pulizia non molto approfondita e molto scomode le scale all’interno. Purtroppo c’erano anche dei lavori fuori e non ho potuto mai aprire le finestre. Inoltre l’host è sempre stato gentile ma quando gli ho rivolto una richiesta non ha più risposto se non dopo che me ne ero già andata, di fatto costringendomi a non poter usufruire del favore che gli avevo chiesto (depositare il bagaglio al sicuro per poche ore dopo l’orario del check out).

La posizione nel centro città super. La disponibilità della padrona di casa è stata strepitosa:, nonostante il check-out alle ore 10, ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie nella zona comune del soggiorno fino alle 16. Bella cucina, rifornita di frigo, microonde, forno, piastra a induzione più stovaglieria varia.

La pulizia della casa potrebbe essere più approfondita. Nelle camere al piano inferiore, nelle stanze 1 e 2, si sentono purtroppo i passi di tutti gli ospiti che invece soggiornano ai piani superiori.

The location is very convenient, especially for travellers using Brussels Central Station, making it a practical choice for short transit visits. The room shown in the listing photos does exist and is well-presented. We also saw a street-facing room that was clean, spacious, and in good condition.

Unfortunately, the room assigned to us did not match the standard of the room shown in the photos. Even after housekeeping had cleaned the room, it still appeared cluttered due to visible wires, extension cords, and areas requiring maintenance. In addition, the building had a noticeable damp odour throughout. We believe the overall guest experience could be significantly improved by addressing maintenance issues and using air purifiers and a pleasant scent to complement the building's aesthetic. Another disappointment was the view from our room window. When we opened it, we were greeted by several trash bags directly outside, which was unpleasant and discouraged us from keeping the window open for fresh air. We also had an unsatisfactory experience when requesting a kettle to make tea after a long day of travel. The owner initially provided a kettle that was heavily affected by limescale, which we declined to use. We were then directed to look for another kettle in the shared kitchen upstairs, but after spending considerable time searching, we could not find one. When we informed the owner, the response was simply that another guest may have taken it to their room. While this may have been the case, the matter was handled rather casually and without any apparent effort to find a solution. As travellers arriving after a long journey and needing to leave early the next morning for a train, we found this lack of assistance disappointing 😐
