Unsafe-room not room (king) as reserved-room unclean 1.5 hours after check in time-cracked hallway walls-foul smell

Check-in was good. The lady at the desk was very kind and helpful.
The property is old but they are in the process of making updates. Our room had new floors and lights but only one light worked.
There was food left in the fridge and the microwave was dirty. We had one bath towel and the bathroom floor was dirty.
Overall it was okay for one night.
