At check in I had an issue with my room which was all resolved and I was upgraded. Dildara at the desk made the entire process really smooth she went up and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and checked in on me to ensure I was still happy. This made my entire stay extremely pleasant. Customer service is excellent.
All staff are very helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff were very nice too. Room was of a great size it was cleaned regularly water was replaced daily too as well as teas and coffees. Breakfast was great. This was my 2nd time staying here and there definitely will be a Third.

Amazing stay at the Ramada Hotel! The staff were outstanding, especially Ugur, who looked after me throughout my stay, and Mustafa, who was also fantastic. The food was amazing too. One of the best hotel stays I've had—highly recommended!
