We loved it, there were 9 of us. It’s very spacious. Pool area and gardens fab, 10 sunbeds, play area for the kids👍Location is great, 10 min walk to old town, 10-15 mins walk down to main town of Calpe and beach. 5 min walk to 2 fab supermarkets. Paid a €500 deposit, got it back that day. Would go back . Very quiet to sleep, beds and pillows good. Kitchen huge and well stocked. 2 outside eating areas, lots of chairs, 2 inside eating areas, plus one lovely outside relaxing area where we sat at night.
We all got mosquito bites, except the baby and one toddler ! I don’t know if it’s because of the gardens. There were plug ins in the inside rooms. We used sprays etc. We’ve been going to Calpe for years, prob our most bites. But the positives of the villa outweigh this.

Loved the location. Perfect size for our party. Various areas in the property where you we could all be accommodated easily.
Not much to dislike really.

The villa was absolutely stunning, couldn't have asked for anything better. So much space in and around the property, gated so very secure and close to town. Rooms are lovely, kitchen and living areas are spacious, love the bbq and pool area.
For a villa that holds up to 10 people I think a 2nd separate bathroom or at least another toilet would be beneficial. Other than that, everything else was perfect
