Nadherny vyhled, malebne mestecko, vkusne a prakticke ubytovani

Nesly zamknout dvere u koupelny a vchodovych dveri, rozbity slunecnik

Our stay at Apartment Riflesso del lago by Interhome was a mixed experience. The location is excellent and the apartment itself was very clean and well maintained. The pool area is also beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the property.

However, the overall experience lacked the feeling of hospitality you would expect from a premium accommodation. The air conditioning was not working during our stay, and it was impossible to reach the host for assistance. There were also several small but important details missing: only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for four guests, there was no shower gel, and no pool towels available despite having a great pool area. Small thoughtful touches would have made a big difference. Honestly, instead of a cheap welcome bottle of wine, guests would probably appreciate something more practical and welcoming, like coffee for the morning.
