The apartment was a short 15 minute walk into the centre of the city, in a lovely quiet area not far from the Arno river. There is a tram stop near the portico if you want to use public transport. Vittoria was really helpful, see met us at the apartment at the agreed time and showed us around. The apartment is huge, we were 3 couples and we all had a double room with on suite bathrooms. The lounge and kitchen area are modern, everything you need, even a BOSE stereo! The veranda for us was a key part of booking, we used it for breakfast and when we came home in the evening. Would definitely stay here again, its one of the best places we have stayed in Italy.

Leaving after 3 nights...

Our family of 6 adults absolutely loved Cozy Loft In The Heart Of Florence and wished we had stayed longer. Great location to public transport into city centre and walking distance to train station. Walking distance to outdoor public pool which was great as very hot when we were visiting. Clean, tidy, great amenities. Well-appointed kitchen. Plenty of room, each bedroom had own ensuite and aircon. Washing machine was a great. Enjoyed sitting out on balcony playing cards and having a drink. Well stocked small supermarket close by for provisions. Great communication by Vittoria. Thank you so much.

This property is exceptional. Vittoria is an amazing host. She is incredibly accommodating. The apartment is the perfect size for a family group and easy walks to so many of Florence’s iconic sights. The air conditioning worked amazingly, which was critical for our time in Florence in June. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and truly think this made our trip above and beyond to have a clean and modern space to return to after touring each day.
