Location was Excellent for us. The rooms appeared to be freshly painted and attractive. The clerk spoke in moderate English and was polite.
The small tiles in the bathroom were separating from the floor due to their age. DO NOT walk around without shoes or slippers because the floor was so dirty it made our feet BLACK! The door lacked a security locking bar or chain to prevent someone with a key from entering without notice likely due to problems with occupants that had drug problems causing medical emergencies. The room had OK television choices but no guide to quickly find a preferred channel.
