The sea view - spectacular. Had all the facilities we felt we needed, cooking facilities and fridge, balcony, mosquito screen. Storage good, linen changed regularly, cleaning etc too.
Air conditioning unit was noisy when we tried it, but also had ceiling fan, and mosquito screen meant we could leave windows open even at night. During the day breeze right through the studio was good for ventilation/cooling! Bathroom a little small.

Locality is perfect just above the main beach of Agios Stefanos. The owner is very sweet German lady and we felt welcome from the first second. You'll find all needed in the kitchen for cooking although the pan has seen better days. But you will find wine opener with wine glasses so you ll get through it. There is absolutely no problem at all with parking but it's pretty dusty there so don't forget to wash your rent before returning. I would definitely recommend even for longer stay.
The Pan 🍳 but that's the minor issue. Go to those restaurants and try everything from greek cuisine.

It was in a great location with a great view of the sea.
The bathroom was a little cosy but we are in Greece so to be expected

The view and silence in the road
The beds are horrible, terrible mattress, the bedding were made synthetic material and super bad quality. The pots to cook were huge which makes no sense for cooking only for 2 people. The shower space is so so small that the plastic curtain was sticking to our bodies. I was very uncomfortable and wouldn’t go back. Specially because of the bed. If at least the bed was good I would consider. But I really disliked it.
