Very clean inside. Air conditioner worked good and the shower water pressure was wonderful.
Only one TV in living room. My friend has 4th stage cancer so she was likes to watch in bed but took up the whole couch watching TV. When I first saw the 2 units on one picture in the shared yard it had a picture of BBQ grill and other picture didn't. In the book to read it said on the bottom of first page to cover grill make sure gas off. Then owner said no grill it broke and was never replaced. I was very disappointed because I love to BBQ in the yard.
