this is a brand new built basement suite .. clean, close to Hopewell Rocks. Owners are new to renting and were very willing to get whatever was needed . Very reasonably priced
As it is a new rental , owners are still figuring out what else they need to add but took requests and promptly replied and very willing to take suggestions of few things still needed

Newly built, clean and new ve.
The people living above were loud with screaming and running children.
